Editor-in-Chief's Note: Max Verstappen (No. 1 Oracle Red Bull Racing) resisted a late attack from series leader Charles Leclerc (No. 16 Scuderia Ferrari) to claim victory at the inaugural Miami Grand Prix on Sunday. Carlos Sainz (No. 55 Scuderia Ferrari) finished third. It was a dreadful, predictable race, which was a direct result of the "temporary" circuit built around the parking lots of Hard Rock Stadium. Further proof that F1 will do anything to "manufacture" an event for the money. It's pathetic and just more Bush League Bullshit from the Greed Circus called "F1." - PMD. Joey Logano (No. 22 Team Penske Ford) won his first race of 2022 Sunday at Darlington Raceway, bumping William Byron (No. 24 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet) out of the way with less than three laps remaining in the Goodyear 400. Byron was riding a 24 laps-led run when Logano made a move for the lead and passed him. Logano won by 0.775 seconds. Tyler Reddick (No. 10 Chevrolet) moved up to second, followed by Justin Haley (No. 31 Chevrolet). Byron fell back to thirteenth after bouncing off of the wall. The win marks career victory No. 28 for the 31-year-old Logano. Watch the end of the race here.
